today arrived a large package from melbourne from my beautiful friend bianca, in it i found this stunning rastafari bag filled with trinkets and a beautiful letter. bianca is, for the best part my rock, she brings me light, love, wisdom and a warm presence like no other. she had this advice to offer me;

wear lots of lipstick, drink lots of tea, always put a pep in your step, dont look down, and love like the corithians; keep your heart open, vulnerable and forgiving.
